At Glam N Glo Medi, we have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. For your item to qualify for a return, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that gift cards and treatments are non-returnable.
To process your return, we require proof of purchase or a receipt. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer. In some cases, we may only offer a partial refund if the item is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or used for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any items returned over 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
To check the status of your refund, start by reviewing your bank account records. Afterward, contact your credit card issuer, as refunds can take some time to process. Additionally, reach out to your bank as there may be some processing time involved. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We provide replacements exclusively for items that are defective or damaged. In case you wish to exchange your product for the same item, kindly send an email to info@glamnglo.ca and dispatch your item to 215 – 2083 Alma Street, Vancouver, BC, V6R 4N6.
