Good aftercare helps your eyelash extensions look their best between appointments. These are general tips; your lash artist at Glam n Glo will give you guidance specific to your set.
The first 24 hours
Keep your lashes dry for the period we recommend after your appointment, so the adhesive can fully set. That usually means no steam, saunas or heavy sweating, and no washing your face directly over the lashes at first.
Everyday care
- Clean them gently. Use a lash-safe cleanser and a soft brush as directed.
- Avoid oil-based products near the eyes, as oils can weaken the bond.
- Brush them daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat.
- Do not pick, pull or rub. Removing extensions yourself can damage your natural lashes.
- Be careful with mascara and curlers. Ask us before using either.
Fills
Extensions shed along with your natural lash cycle, so most clients book regular fills to keep a full look. We will recommend timing based on how your lashes are growing.
